Well, I'll admit it, I have a sweet spot for watercolors, so I pretty much love a LOT of the work you do. This one is definitely amazing, so it's a privilege that I can do a critique for it!
Vision: Way to bring back the memories. This art piece reminds me a lot of of the Epic series that they did with Mickey Mouse. However, it definitely shows a throw back of how Mickey used to be, without the complete commercialization that Disney created.
Originality: Of course, you're going to get docked some ratings because well, how much Disney, even Mickey Mouse himself, art has been done before?? However, you've done it in such a unique style that the rating's high because I feel you deserve props.
Technique: You definitely have skill with watercolors and creating different images using those watercolors. Yet, I believe you could do better with fine-tuning some pieces; they're really just simple things that are easy to fix, just kinda noticeable. One example would be things like Mickey's eyes or his buttons. Yes, they create the effect that they need, but you could straighten up the eyes/buttons and make them look even better to create an even better design.
Impact: While I was viewing some gallery folders, I noticed one of your panda art pieces immediately, and once I caught a glimpse of a few others and finally this piece, I noticed you had a great way of making your artwork explode unlike other pieces. Especially with this piece, the design of Mickey would be something even I could probably do, but you make the design separate once you add your own details. It definitely gives your art a unique style that shows.
Overall, I have to say this was an amazing piece that I thoroughly enjoyed; keep practicing and I'm sure those fine details will be ironed out for sure; and finally don't stop with the fantastic work you're doing. It's been a pleasure!
